Shipping policy
Delivery times
We ship products from various suppliers and warehouses. Estimated delivery times:
- Products shipped from an EU warehouse: approximately 3–7 business days.
- Products shipped from outside the EU (e.g. from China): approximately 7–15 business days, in some cases longer.
The delivery time is stated for each product on the product page. The delivery time is an estimate, not a binding promise, and may vary depending on the supplier, seasonal peaks, and customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, if the supplier offers tracking. You can use the code to follow your shipment.
Import, customs, and VAT
Some of our products are shipped from outside the EU. We collect import VAT already at the time of purchase, so you will not have to pay unexpected import or customs charges when the package arrives, for orders under 150 euros.
In Finland, the general VAT rate is 25.5%. Prices include VAT.

We currently ship to Finland.
Delivery problems
If a package does not arrive within the estimated time, is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact: support@petnestco.com. We will look into the matter with the supplier.
