How long will my order take?
Delivered in 2 to 7 business days, wherever you are. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
How do returns work?
Email support@petnestco.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number. We will sort out the details with you by email, and you get your money back. This does not limit any consumer rights you have where you live.
What are your products made of?
Every product page has a materials section listing what the item is made of, along with its dimensions and how to clean it. If you need a detail that is not on the page, email us and we will find out for you before you buy.
Why are there no reviews on your products?
Because we have not earned any yet. Real customer reviews will appear on the product page as they come in, good and bad. We would rather show an empty section than write our own.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is encrypted.
How do I contact you?
