These Terms of Service govern your use of petnestco.com and any purchase you make through the store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetNestCo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including statutory consumer protection rights).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we are established. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your own country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.
